BellaandEdward.com received the following information on when Tickets should go on sale and midnight showings from Cinemark:

At the current time we do not know which of our theatres will be showing
Twilight, and those that are will not know if there will be a midnight
showing until closer to time for tickets to go on sale. Advance tickets
for this film will go on sale October 24th and at that time all theatres
showing this film and who might be showing it at midnight will be listed
on our website
